Every coin below started as a blank die. Pick the closest thing to what you have in mind and we will take it from there — or describe something we have never built and we will draw that instead.
HOW IT WORKS

Nothing gets cut, struck or charged until a proof is in your hands and you say go.

Tell us what you want
A logo, a patch photo, a napkin sketch, or a paragraph. There is no form of artwork we cannot work from, and no charge for figuring it out.

We draw it and price it
Our designer builds a full-color digital proof of both faces and sends it back with a firm per-coin price inside 24 hours. Revise it as many times as you want.

You approve, we cut the die
Nothing is struck until you sign off in writing. Tooling is included — you never see a separate die charge on the invoice.

Struck, finished, shipped
Coins are die-struck, plated, hand-antiqued, color-filled, inspected one at a time, then bagged and shipped free anywhere in the continental US.

The proof is free and so is the artwork
Most of our competitors quote a die charge and an art fee, then discount them to look generous. We simply do not charge them. What you are quoted per coin is what you pay.
You talk to the person handling your job
No ticket queue, no rotating rep. One person takes your order from the first email to the tracking number, and answers on evenings when a ceremony date is close.
We say no to the wrong coin
If a 3D relief will lose your detail, or a hard enamel will crack on that shape, we will tell you before you pay instead of after you unbox 500 of them.
Original artwork, cleanly owned
We draw your emblem instead of borrowing someone else's mark, and we will not reproduce a trademark or official insignia without written authorization. It keeps your program out of trouble.

QUESTIONS

A standard 1.75" antique-finish coin with one color runs about $4.25 each at 100 pieces and drops to roughly $2.60 each at 1,000. Artwork, proofs and tooling are included in that number. Add-ons like a second color, a spinner or a custom shape are quoted per coin so you can see exactly what each one costs before you decide.
Correct. Tooling is built into the per-coin price. That is also why our minimum is 25 coins rather than 10 — below that, the tooling cannot be absorbed and we would have to charge you for it separately, which we would rather not do.
Artwork and a quote come back within 24 hours. Once you approve the proof, production runs 10 to 14 business days, plus transit. Rush production in 7 business days is available for an added cost — ask when you request the quote and we will tell you honestly whether your date is achievable.
Whatever you have. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal, but a clean photo of a patch, a screenshot of a logo, or a hand sketch is genuinely enough — our designer redraws artwork to be die-ready regardless of what it arrives as.
Yes, when you have the authority to authorize it. Official seals, department badges and branch insignia are protected, so we ask for written confirmation from someone who can grant permission before we cut a die. If you cannot get it, we will design an original emblem that captures the same idea and belongs to you outright.
Soft enamel sits recessed below the metal ridges, so you can feel the design with a thumb — it is the traditional look and slightly cheaper. Hard enamel is filled higher and polished flat and level with the metal, giving a smooth glass-like face that resists chipping. Hard enamel costs about $0.30 more per coin and holds up better in a pocket.
Yes. Shipping is free within the continental US; anywhere else is quoted at cost with no markup, and we will show you the carrier options before you commit.
If what you receive does not match the proof you approved, we remake the order at our expense. That is the whole reason we will not strike anything before you sign off in writing — the approved proof is the standard we are both held to.
