Quotes
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quoted price holds for 30 days and assumes the specification described in it — changing size, relief, color count or quantity changes the price, and we will requote in writing rather than adjust it silently.
Proof approval
Nothing is tooled or struck until you approve a digital proof in writing. The approved proof is the specification for your order and the standard your coins are inspected against. Please read it carefully, including spelling — a name misspelled on an approved proof will be struck exactly as approved.
Remakes
If your coins do not match the proof you approved, we remake the order at our expense. Reasonable variation in antique finishes and hand-relieving is inherent to the process and is not a defect.
Production time
Standard production is 10–14 business days after proof approval, plus transit. Rush production in 7 business days is available at additional cost. Production time is measured from proof approval, not from order placement.
Intellectual property
By submitting artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. Official seals, department badges, unit insignia and third-party trademarks require written authorization from the mark holder, and we will ask for it before cutting a die. Original artwork we create for your order is yours to use.
Payment and cancellation
Payment terms are set out on your invoice. Because every order is tooled specifically for you, an order may be cancelled without charge any time before you approve the proof, and cannot be cancelled once tooling has begun.
Shipping
Shipping is free within the continental United States. Everywhere else is quoted at carrier cost. Risk passes on delivery to the carrier; we will help you chase a lost shipment and will not leave you to it.
