What we collect
When you submit a quote request or email us, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, organization, email address, phone number and a description of the coin you want. We do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare artwork and a quote, and fulfil an order if you place one. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send marketing email to people who only asked for a quote.
Artwork you send us
Artwork and reference material you send remains yours. We use it to produce your proof and your coins. We will not display your finished coin as a sample on this website or anywhere else without asking you first.
How long we keep it
We keep quote correspondence and order records for as long as needed to support reorders, since we retain tooling so a later run matches the original. Ask us to delete your records and we will, unless we are required to keep them for tax purposes.
Third parties
This site is hosted on Vercel and quote requests are delivered by email through Resend. Both process the data only to deliver the service. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
